About The Position

The company specializes in various roofing types, attic ventilation, inspections, and storm damage repairs. This role involves selling residential roofing and exterior solutions directly to homeowners, with company-provided leads and a structured sales process. It is a commission-based, W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and access attic spaces
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools

Nice To Haves

In-home sales or high-ticket consultative sales experience
Home improvement or construction sales experience (roofing not required)

Responsibilities

Conduct multiple in-home inspections and consultations daily
Diagnose homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Lead conversations about scope, pricing, and financing options with confidence
Deliver clear, company-approved presentations that help homeowners understand value
Guide customers through a structured consultation process from inspection to decision
Complete contracts, financing paperwork, and documentation accurately
Maintain a professional appearance, organized vehicle, and clean sales materials
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve
Regularly engage in outside sales, requiring travel to customer locations
