About The Position

The Residential Sales Consultant is responsible for selling Pella windows and doors directly to homeowners for replacement projects. This role involves conducting in-home sales appointments and following a structured selling process to understand customer needs and match them with Pella's product offerings. The consultant is expected to aim for a first-time close and provide effective follow-up to secure sales.
