About The Position

RoofServ is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing its success from Atlanta to the greater Nashville market. We are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a career with market-leading commissions, sales support, and full benefits. This role offers high-earning potential with realistic earnings from $75,000 to $200,000+ annually, a commission-only structure, and a guarantee that our commission structure is among the best in the industry. We provide comprehensive sales training and ongoing support, including proven scripts, systems, and sales support backed by a full marketing engine (SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, and brand-driven inbound opportunities). This is a sales-focused role where your primary responsibilities are sales, networking, and customer experience. Requirements

Roofing sales experience required
Grit, hunger, and a true “eat what you kill” mentality.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, clean-cut, disciplined, and coachable.
Valid driver’s license and serviceable pickup truck.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, supported by company leads.
Conduct roof inspections and present professional proposals to homeowners.
Educate customers on products, installation processes, warranties, and insurance claim support.
Close deals and work with our production team for fulfillment.
Represent our brand with integrity and professionalism in the Charleston market.
