Our commission-based structure offers exceptional earning potential, with top performers exceeding $150,000 annually.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in roofing (residential and/or commercial) , construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to inspect roofs and work outdoors as needed.

  • Experienced in both residential and commercial roofing or exterior restoration (siding, gutters, windows).

Responsibilities

  • Drive residential and commercial roofing sales through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, property managers, and insurance representatives.
  • Conduct roof inspections and guide clients through the inspection, insurance, and installation processes.
  • Manage projects from signed contract through completion—ensuring quality workmanship, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining a professional company image.
