About The Position

Four Seasons Kanga Roof is seeking an experienced Residential Roofing Project Manager to join their full-time team in Roseville, MI. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of work meets high company standards and customer expectations. The Project Manager will review job information, conduct on-site check-ins, identify and resolve issues related to schedule or quality, create work orders, generate material lists, and perform quality control inspections. The role also involves conducting final walkthroughs, approving work, ensuring cleanup, and closing out jobs. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills are essential for efficient and successful project completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of roofing experience
• Master Shingle Applicator certification
• Current, valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, proficiency with Google programs, and familiarity with industry software like CompanyCam
• Ability to pass a background check
