Requirements

  • Experience in residential interior design and space planning
  • Proficiency with Chief Architect or similar design software
  • Ability to create detailed remodeling scopes of work
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills
  • Experience leading client meetings and presentations
  • Sales aptitude with the ability to guide clients through purchasing decisions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Lead clients through the residential remodeling process from consultation to project completion
  • Develop creative design concepts and space-planning solutions
  • Create detailed scopes of work for kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodeling projects
  • Prepare and present design agreements, proposals, and production agreements
  • Conduct sales meetings, qualify prospects, and develop preliminary project budgets
  • Guide clients through fixture, finish, and material selections
  • Maintain regular communication throughout the design, construction, and post-project phases
  • Participate in networking events, home shows, and educational seminars
  • Support marketing initiatives through social media content, project photography, and blog contributions
  • Uphold Sebring's standards of professionalism, quality, and customer service
