About The Position

Kittle’s Furniture & Design is looking for driven, ambitious and enthusiastic full-time Interior Designers to join our sales team at our New Noblesville Store opening soon. This role involves creating aesthetic and purposeful designs for clients, managing project details from concept to sales order, and fostering strong client relationships.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or associate degree in interior design or a related field.
• 1-5 years of design experience or furniture sales experience.
• Familiarity with room planning software.
• Detail oriented and meets deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a commission sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Create designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client’s style.
• Select design components to build a unique and purposeful space.
• Calculate the specifications and cost of the project.
• Develop sketches and documentation for client presentations.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, vendors, and sales team.
• Prepare sales orders for clients.
• Travel as necessary to client’s home, office or business.
