As a Remodeling Carpenter, you will play a key role in bringing our remodeling projects to life. From rough carpentry to detailed finish work, you will help ensure every project reflects the level of quality and professionalism our clients have come to expect from Sebring Design Build. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and takes ownership of the finished product.

Requirements

  • Experience in residential carpentry and finish carpentry
  • Experience installing cabinetry and millwork
  • Familiarity with flooring, tile, drywall, and painting work
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for company vehicle use
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions while also working independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Perform general carpentry and finish carpentry work
  • Install cabinetry, trim, moldings, and other finish materials
  • Assist with flooring, tile installation, drywall repairs, and painting tasks
  • Complete punch-list items and project touch-ups as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Work closely with project managers and fellow team members to achieve project goals
  • Identify and solve job-site challenges while maintaining quality standards
  • Protect clients' homes and belongings throughout the remodeling process
  • Represent Sebring professionally when interacting with clients and trade partners
