About The Position

Hamtil Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join their team. This role involves contributing to custom residential space renovations, including full home renovations, kitchens, and bathrooms. The carpenter will be involved in various stages of remodeling projects, from framing to finish carpentry and drywall installation, playing a key part in the quality and success of each project.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in residential remodeling or a related trade.
• Proficiency in multiple aspects of carpentry, including framing, drywall, and trim work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the trade.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, such as demolition, framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and more.
• Collaborate closely with lead carpenters and apprentices to ensure project success.
• Demonstrate high levels of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality control throughout all phases of the project.
• Problem-solve on-site challenges creatively and effectively to keep projects on track.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety standards and job site cleanliness.
