About The Position
Washington Property Company (WPC) is seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at their Solaire 8200 residential community in Silver Spring, Maryland. As Property Manager, you will oversee one of their flagship assets, being responsible for the financial performance of the assets, leadership, mentoring and development of staff, and ensuring all operations are within their standards of safety, high quality customer service, and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management.
- Experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 300 units total.
- Strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong financial management skills.
