We are currently seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at our Solaire 8200 residential community in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property management.
Experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 300 units total.
Strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.
Strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Strong financial management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations at the Solaire 8200 residential community.
Responsible for the financial performance of the assets.
Leadership, mentoring and development of staff.
Ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations.
