Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
• Associate degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to take ownership and understand the big picture.
• Skill in finding everyday wins and optimizing resources.
• Natural communication skills, able to simplify complex situations.
• Comfortable communicating across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Curiosity and drive to identify root causes and ask follow-up questions.
• Flexibility and enjoyment of learning new things and adapting to change.
• Availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with TikTok for community marketing.

Responsibilities

• Recommending promotions for team members after coaching and addressing skill gaps.
• Reviewing leasing reports to ensure the team is maximizing resident conversions.
• De-escalating resident issues to achieve positive outcomes and reviews.
• Reprioritizing maintenance tasks in response to emergencies like water leaks.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team on cost-saving measures for supplies.
• Brainstorming innovative marketing ideas, including social media content.
• Providing flexible work week coverage, including some weekend availability.
