About The Position

We are a group of passionate people in the business of managing incredible communities, and we are the GO team! As a Maintenance Service Technician, your day might include reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure apartment homes are ready for new residents, contributing to a 5-star Google review. You will be part of our after-hours emergency team, helping to keep our communities running 24/7. You will also partner with Property Managers to obtain bids and negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and parts in a well-kept maintenance shop.

Requirements

• General maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Dependable.
• Safety conscious.
• Flexible availability, including some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
