The Residential Property Manager is a core part of the Gables Residential organization and impacts success each day. Experienced in marketing and advertising apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Committed to developing positive relationships with other communities and departments within the Gables organization to ensure optimal results are achieved through collaboration and cooperation. Eager to build relationships with and manage the sales and service teams to ensure the community exceeds our resident and investor expectations.

Requirements

At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management, preferably in a management level role.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of the full financial performance of the asset including consistent monitoring of income and expenses.
Recruiting, managing, and developing all on-site positions to achieve performance goals while fostering an inclusive workspace where diversity is celebrated.
Marketing and advertising apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Developing positive relationships with other communities and departments within the Gables organization to ensure optimal results are achieved through collaboration and cooperation.
Building relationships with and managing the sales and service teams to ensure the community exceeds our resident and investor expectations.
