About The Position
Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Manager for a property in Dover, NH. The Property Manager's primary responsibilities are the operational and financial aspects of the property and meeting company goals in those areas.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of on-site residential property management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations, including marketing and leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
- Maximize occupancy by responding to inquiries and phone calls, qualifying prospective residents, showing and leasing apartments, and preparing lease documents and move-in paperwork.
- Create and execute resident retention and leasing strategies.
- Manage rent collections, capital improvement projects, and reporting and compliance requirements.
- Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and company policies.
