We are hiring two Property Managers for both The Reserve on 77 and Meadows on Salt Creek in Lincoln, NE. As Property Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the property and the team in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. This position is essential for ensuring that our properties are well‑managed and that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of property management experience
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and commercial lease structures
  • Familiarity with or Yardi software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management.
  • Punctual Attendance
  • Weekends/After Hours/On Call if necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with or Yardi software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support lease renewals, rent collection, and enforcement of lease terms.
  • Maintain accurate resident and lease files (both physical and digital).
  • Help track lease expirations and prepare lease-related documentation.
  • Schedule and monitor maintenance and repair work for residential and commercial units.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and report findings.
  • Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor invoice processing.
  • Maintain records of property expenses and vendor contracts.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws, safety regulations, and property codes.
  • Managing insurance claims and incident reports.
  • Coordinate move-in/move-out processes, including inspections and key management.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing notices, newsletters, and other resident communications.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
