This role requires availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
An associate degree in business or a related field.
Ownership mentality and understanding of the big picture.
Ability to find small wins and optimize resource utilization.
Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex information.
Comfort with multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat, social media).
Curiosity and drive to identify root causes and ask follow-up questions.
Flexibility and adaptability to learn and embrace changes.
Availability for a flexible work week, including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

Recommending promotions for Leasing Consultants after coaching and skill gap closure.
Reviewing leasing reports to ensure maximum prospect conversion.
De-escalating resident issues to achieve positive reviews.
Reprioritizing maintenance tasks due to unforeseen issues like water leaks.
Collaborating with the maintenance team on cost-saving measures for supplies.
Brainstorming innovative community marketing ideas, such as TikTok content.
