Residential Property Inspector - Valdosta, GA
About The Position
CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented business owners or independent contractors in Valdosta, Georgia, to complete residential property inspections. This 1099 independent contractor role is not an employee position. Contractors control how and when they complete accepted jobs, may work with other companies at the same time, and are responsible for their own taxes and any applicable business insurance. Inspectors travel to properties for exterior and occasional interior underwriting inspections, explain the inspection to homeowners, and capture required photos and data using a mobile web application. Applicable jobs may require using a camera pole for roof photos. Inspectors schedule appointments for interior or high-value inspections and provide accurate, timely, professional service with clear communication. Work is paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis. Jobs are generally available during daylight hours Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays; inspectors choose which days and how many jobs to accept. The estimated workload is one to two working days per week, or six days per month.
