Requirements

High school diploma or GED (ability to read and write English at a 10th grade level).
Prior experience in residential construction (specific builder experience is a plus, but not required).
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Comfortable using technology, especially mobile tools for project management.
A professional demeanor with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the construction schedule.
Must pass hiring assessments, including a personality profile and written math test.

Responsibilities

Manage 5-10 new home construction projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with trade contractors, in-house teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections, maintain quality assurance, and resolve any site issues that arise.
Oversee project scheduling, material deliveries, and site security to ensure uninterrupted work flow.
Be an advocate for Schaeffer Homes, representing our brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic at all times.
