We are looking for a highly trained professional and organized Project Manager for our fast-paced business. The primary functions of the Project Manager is to manage and oversee all emergency and restoration related services provided by Paul Davis Restoration of Temecula. This position attends job sites to assess damage and provide data to create estimates. Provides technical explanations and feedback to clients, adjusters and consultants. Expected to strengthen relationships with all existing and potential customers through business development and accounts management activities by the attendance of industry events or customer entertainment activities where appropriate and within company guidelines. Communicates professionally with all customers, subcontractors, consultants and insurance company representatives. Represents the company to create lasting impressions with our clients that differentiates us from our competition. Demonstrates to all customers, fellow employees and others a sincere concern and interest in each customer and in the services provided to each customer. Is expected to maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties which may be encountered from time to time. Demonstrates company services knowledge and continues to educate in technique, equipment, technology, etc. Responsible for learning and staying up to date with all required programs, including but not limited to DASH, Xactimate, Symbility, MICA, Matterport, etc. Oversees all scheduling of jobs and inspections to control unneeded overtime. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and customers, in a timely and clear fashion. Meets daily with project managers, supervisors and project coordinators to discuss status of ongoing projects and to supervise that the following requirements are met: Files are properly documented and up to date, including but not limited to Dates, Participants and Compliance Tasks. Meets our program's guidelines (response time, initial upload time, final upload & cycle time). Trains, coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises all reconstruction and mitigation department staff, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Provides training, expertise and supervision. Ensures compliance with OSHA guidelines as well as Paul Davis safety standards. Ensures that all paperwork, data entry and photos are being completed and are thorough. Assures inspections and documentation are being performed correctly when inspecting & servicing losses. Utilizes equipment according to company and industry standards. Performs reconstruction services and maintains a clean work site. Identifies and follows all company procedures regarding potential lead and asbestos containing materials. Has a great knowledge and understanding of construction industry standards. Must be able to read blueprints and plans. Identifies and resolves client concerns promptly. Leads team to handle client concerns with a sense of urgency. Leads and project manages large jobs. Makes sure the calendar/compliance tasks are current and updated in a timely manner. Answers phone calls from staff 24/7/365 and responds to jobs when needed. Performs Job site inspections of crew to ensure quality control. Ensures vehicles and equipment are kept clean and organized at all times. Assists other production departments when needed.
