About The Position
Inception Plumbing, LLC. is seeking an experienced full-time Residential Plumbing Tech to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive compensation range of $85,000–$130,000+ per year. Residential Plumbing Techs dispatch directly from home each morning in a fully stocked company vehicle. The schedule is structured for consistency and efficiency, with no weekends and no on-call rotations required. You will utilize industry-leading CRM and dispatching software to manage your daily assignments, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule while serving homeowners throughout the Kansas City area. Requirements
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software
- Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions
- Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing issues related to faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, tankless systems, gas and leak repairs, water service and filtration systems, and general plumbing upgrades.
- Interacting directly with homeowners, providing clear explanations and recommendations, and ensuring the safety and integrity of each property.
- Accurate documentation, professionalism, and the use of technology are integral to your daily routine.
