Requirements
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and health screening
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions
- Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
Responsibilities
- Manage various residential plumbing installations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Complete projects including water heaters, sump pumps, repipes, sewer repairs, and trenchless solutions like pipe bursting.
- Use modern tools to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Interact with homeowners, clearly explaining solutions while protecting their property and keeping the workspace clean.
