About The Position

Do It Right Plumbers is a residential plumbing company serving Orange County and the outskirts of LA County. We're founder-led, customer-obsessed, and built on doing the job right the first time. Our reputation in the community is everything to us, and so are the people who carry it. We are looking for sales pros who treat customers the way they'd want their own family treated: patient, thorough, and honest. The ideal candidate will slow down, listen, and build the right solution for the customer. This role involves skilled work that requires craft, patience, and grit, including crawling under houses and working in tight attics, with pay reflecting this. We focus on quality calls where customers need help and have time to discuss options, rather than high-volume maintenance routes. We offer coaching that works, with one sales pro going from $50K/month as a tech to $200K/month after working with our coach. Onboarding respects your time with real training and support, not throwing you to the wolves on day one.

Requirements

  • Real in-home sales experience (solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, turf, termite or pest, plumbing, or similar).
  • Experience selling high-ticket products inside a homeowner's living room.
  • Patient, customer-first approach.
  • Coachable and humble attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Plumbing experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities
