Requirements
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
- Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
- Ability to work independently while following company processes and safety standards
- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

- Water heaters (tank and tankless experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in occupied homes
- Perform code-compliant repairs, replacements, and installations, including:
- Faucets, fixtures, and toilets
- Water heaters (tank and tankless experience a plus)
- Valves, piping, and supply lines
- Troubleshoot leaks, pressure concerns, and system failures
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and explain findings clearly to homeowners
