Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
- Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve plumbing problems independently
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Customer-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and filtration systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and offer clear, effective solutions
- Communicate with homeowners professionally and educate them on system operations and maintenance
