We are seeking a Licensed Residential Plumber for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with no on-call requirements. Earn up to $150,000+ per year with a high-earning commission structure, quarterly and annual bonuses, and the ability to dispatch from home. Requirements
- Active Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
- 2+ Years of Recent Residential Plumbing Experience
- Valid Driver’s License with at least 5 years of driving history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- 2 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
- Results driven in a high-energy environment
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
Nice To Haves
- Leak Location and Repair, a plus
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
- Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
- Water Heater replacement and repair
- Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
- Drain Cleaning
- Competent use of conventional sewer machines
