Bassett Services is seeking experienced Residential Plumbers for a unique weekend-only schedule (Friday-Monday). This role offers a 4-day work week, higher-quality service calls, and uncapped earning potential. Requirements

2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand and build value on options provided
Willingness to Work as Part of a Team

Responsibilities

Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Ensure all installs are up to code
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable
