Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of plumbing experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- HVAC work experience
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair all types of high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and conventional gas heating equipment
- Repair and install plumbing fixtures, faucets, liners, and water heaters
- Rough and finish plumbing fixtures
- Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure
- Communicate with dispatch, management, and other relevant teams
- Ensure great client service by educating and providing excellent customer service to clients in the field
