About The Position
R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc in Columbus, OH is looking to hire a full-time experienced, Residential Plumber. We are a family-owned and operated business with over 20 years of experience in the Central Ohio region. We pride ourselves on our company culture where we offer great company events for each season! Our team enjoys spring in-service training with catered lunch and games, a summer family picnic, a fall bonfire/hayride, and a winter Christmas party! Requirements
- 4+ years of plumbing field experience
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Service-oriented
- Ability to establish good rapport with people
- Respectful of others and their personal property
- Punctual and reliable
- Takes pride in work
Nice To Haves
- Previous/current DOT certification
- Knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture plumbing systems
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing services on residential properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Establish good rapport with clients.
- Be respectful of customers and their property.
