Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Ability to work independently while following company processes and safety standards
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)

Nice To Haves

• Tank and tankless water heater experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues in occupied homes
• Perform code-compliant repairs, replacements, and installations, including: Faucets, fixtures, and toilets; Water heaters (tank and tankless experience a plus); Valves, piping, and supply lines
• Troubleshoot leaks, pressure concerns, and system failures
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and explain findings clearly to homeowners
