About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and personable Residential Plumber to join our growing team. The Residential Plumber will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services to both new construction and existing residential properties. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-end residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to represent Hamilton with exceptional service and expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience (service and new construction).
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele.
- Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
Nice To Haves
- Current plumbing license or certification preferred but not required.
- Experience working in high-end residential properties.
- Cross-training in other trades (electrical or HVAC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
- Install plumbing systems in new residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining work performed, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and respect customers' homes and property.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time tracking.
