Requirements

• Strong residential plumbing knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable with technology — ServiceTitan, iPads, digital invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing service and repair calls — including the tough ones.
• Diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues across a range of systems.
• Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
• Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.
• Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.

• Base pay ranges from $25–$50/hr.
• Uncapped performance bonuses, high performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ in total compensation.
