About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Residential Operations Manager manages the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served, coordinates personnel and service delivery, helps ensure individuals’ service teams operate and communicate effectively, and provides financial oversight of the program. On-call availability is required.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field and four years of I/O Waiver experience; the degree may be waived with eight years of experience in I/O Waiver Services.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license that meets Company Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Full personal automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Ensure individuals’ service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Provide financial oversight of the program.
