About The Position

At ViaQuest Residential Services, the Residential Operations Manager supports the overall system of residential services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The role includes personnel management, coordinating service delivery, ensuring individuals’ service teams operate and communicate effectively, and providing financial oversight of the program. The position includes on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• At least four years of human services experience.
• Driver’s license that meets company insurance guidelines.

• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
