About The Position

Seeking a dedicated RN to work FT night shift at a residential adolescent group home program in Kennesaw, GA. This role involves five 8-hour shifts and every other weekend, from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The position requires a two-week orientation. As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct care nursing, administer medications, provide medical treatments, complete admissions, and actively engage with the youth served and their families/guardians. Devereux Georgia provides intensive residential treatment in a secure setting for youth, ages 10 to 21, who are facing significant emotional, behavioral, and intellectual/developmental challenges. The campus offers various recreational facilities for outdoor activities.

Requirements

Completion of RN program
Current Georgia Nursing License required
Minimum of 21 years of age
Valid Driver's License
Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class located in Kennesaw, GA

Nice To Haves

Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience is highly preferred
Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus
