Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience (new construction preferred)
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role
- Strong HVAC system & installation knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints & technical documents
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces & varying weather
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations for new construction projects
- Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork & IAQ systems
- Read & interpret blueprints, load calculations & install plans
- Ensure work meets company standards, manufacturer specs & local codes
- Train, coach & mentor apprentices and junior installers
- Communicate clearly with homeowners & builders
- Maintain accurate job documentation
- Keep job sites clean, safe & organized
- Troubleshoot field issues and deliver timely solutions
