Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and field awareness
• High personal standards and pride in craftsmanship
• Professional communication and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade residential HVAC systems to AllTech standards
• Work closely with your install team to hit timelines without sacrificing quality
• Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer requirements
• Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and upgrades
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation
• Represent AllTech with professionalism, honesty, and pride
