Grogg's Home Services is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers who take pride in clean installs, doing the job right the first time, and delivering real value to homeowners. This role involves installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Responsibilities include performing start-up and testing procedures, brazing and running piping per manufacturer specifications, following local codes and safety standards, and ensuring proper installation completion. The role requires working in various environments such as attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and on ladders. Additionally, the installer will educate homeowners on their equipment and maintenance needs and mentor junior installers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • West Virginia HVAC License Type I or II
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work in physically demanding environments
  • A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • A dependable, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Install residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Perform start-up and testing procedures.

  • Ensure every installation is completed properly.
