About The Position

Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, is seeking a driven, people-first leader to manage and grow its residential marketing team. The Residential Marketing Manager will own and build a high-performing canvassing team that generates qualified leads through door-to-door marketing. This is a hands-on role requiring active participation in the field, coaching, training, and leading by example, combining sales expertise, leadership skills, and execution to drive results and develop future leaders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred)
  • Proven sales leader with 3+ years managing teams in a high-performance environment
  • Comfortable working in the field daily, not just behind a desk
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, scripts, and closing techniques
  • Data-driven mindset-able to analyze performance and adjust strategy
  • High energy, competitive, and results-oriented
  • The desire to learn Door-to-Door Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in door-to-door canvassing to master the process and set the standard.
  • Train and coach team members in the field through real-time development and role modeling.
  • Demonstrate and reinforce winning scripts, techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Train and develop Team Leads and canvassers into high-performing sales professionals.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching, role-play sessions, and performance feedback.
  • Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results.
  • Execute door-to-door marketing strategies that consistently generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor team performance and adjust tactics to maximize conversion and efficiency.
  • Ensure a world-class customer experience at every interaction.
  • Manage day-to-day canvassing operations including scheduling, routing, and logistics.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize results.
  • Oversee lead validation, reporting, and data accuracy.
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies to grow your market.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on go-to-market strategies.
  • Own your market's canvassing budget and performance outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
