The Arc Chemung-Schuyler is seeking a Full Time Residential Manager in Elmira to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Residential Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating, supervising, and providing exceptional residential services, ensuring adequate staffing, and arranging substitute coverage. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field with two years of supervisory experience, OR an Associate degree with three years of supervisory experience, OR a High School Diploma with five years of human service experience and three years of supervisory experience.
Valid/clean driver's license.
