The House Manager is responsible for the administrative and programmatic duties for assigned facilities. This includes ensuring that service recipient needs are met, maintaining correct staffing ratios, ensuring staff are properly trained, completing and maintaining accurate paperwork, and ensuring all facilities meet DIDS & licensure requirements. The House Manager supervises Direct Support Professionals and is responsible for establishing staffing patterns and schedules.
