Responsible for monitoring and training newly hired Residential Managers. Supervise and oversee the activities of the Assistant Manager Mentor and Direct Support Professional (DSP) Mentor. Support new Residential Managers as they transition from the Assistant Manager role to Residential Manager, using hands-on practical application of agency policies and procedures. Provide site-specific training, along with OPWDD, Office of Fire Prevention & Control (OFPC) and other regulations. Help build relationships that are collaborative and person centered.
