Responsible for monitoring and training newly hired Assistant Manager and Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff as they enter the residences. Support new Assistant Managers as they transition from the DSP role to Assistant Manager using hands-on practical application of agency policies and procedures. Provide site-specific training, along with OPWDD, Office of Fire Prevention & Control (OFPC) and other regulations. Help build relationships that are collaborative and person centered.
