This position is responsible for monitoring and training newly hired Residential Managers. The mentor will supervise and oversee the activities of the Assistant Manager Mentor and Direct Support Professional (DSP) Mentor. The role involves supporting new Residential Managers as they transition from Assistant Manager to Residential Manager, utilizing hands-on practical application of agency policies and procedures. Additionally, the mentor will provide site-specific training, as well as training on OPWDD, Office of Fire Prevention & Control (OFPC), and other regulations. A key aspect of the role is to help build collaborative and person-centered relationships.
