Good Life Maintenance is seeking a hands-on, highly accountable Maintenance and Business Systems Manager to build and lead property maintenance operations from the ground up. This role involves elevating operations by establishing strong systems, a great team, and a proud culture, ensuring work is done quickly and correctly. The position requires a leader who is comfortable building systems and workflows, as well as hiring, coaching, scheduling, and developing a team, while also being hands-on when necessary. A CSLB Class B license is highly preferred to enable self-performance and oversight of a broader scope of work, along with compliance awareness and cost savings. This is a full-time salaried (exempt) position (40+ hours/week) with a hybrid in-office and remote/field service work arrangement. The pay range is $110,000-$120,000 annually, with potential for $15,000-$25,000 in incentive compensation based on performance.
