About The Position

The Residential Loan Processor is instrumental in ensuring loan applications and supporting documentation are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with required regulations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one-year related clerical/administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
• Handle changing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding customer service

Nice To Haves

• Banking and/or bank loan processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining computer records within the Premier system for Consumer Real Estate & Secondary Market loan transactions.
• Responsible for creating all necessary documents for Consumer Real Estate Loans
• Assist in the scanning process for the loan department.
• Scan documents into Director for later retrieval by loan department personnel
• Escrow Disbursements for property taxes and insurance
• Escrow analysis processing
• Track Property, Private Mortgage Insurance and Flood insurance
• Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts
• Performs other duties as assigned
