About The Position

The Meridian Company is seeking skilled Residential Journeyman Electricians to join their team. The pay range is $65k to $120K total earnings, with top performers making over $50/hour. A sign-on bonus of up to $12k is available.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily.
• Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of our hiring process (assessments, interviews, background check, drug screen).

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman license preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence.
• Perform high-quality repairs that exceed NEC standards.
• Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams.
• Deliver 5-star service and maintain a professional appearance.
