Requirements

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes and safety practices

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical issues
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
• Complete electrical tie-ins and support HVAC installation projects
• Inspect electrical systems and recommend solutions for safety and efficiency
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
