We’re currently seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team to support our property, The Highlands in RSM/Trabuco! As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a key role in welcoming future residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring they feel confident in their choice to call our community home. Requirements

6 months–1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Comfortable with computers and administrative tasks
Valid driver's license or ability to utilize an alternative form of transportation at their own expense which allows them to reach the required destination in a time period comparable to that if they were to drive their own vehicle.
If driving own vehicle for work: valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.

Nice To Haves

Background in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage a plus
Property management experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional, and positive experience for all residents and prospects
Conduct engaging property tours for future residents
Generate leads and lease apartments to help achieve occupancy goals
Process applications, lease documents, rental deposits, and fees accurately
Stay informed on market trends to highlight community value
Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
Support a culture of collaboration, customer service, and resident satisfaction
