Residential Leasing Consultant - Mundelein, IL
About The Position
TLC Management is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Residential Leasing Consultant in Mundelein, Illinois. The role assists prospective residents throughout the leasing process, provides customer service, and maintains relationships with current residents. Compensation is $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience, with commission for new and renewal leases and quarterly bonus potential. The position is based in an office and also involves touring the property. Availability to work Saturdays is required. TLC Management owns, operates, and manages residential communities in the Chicagoland area. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units and community amenities.
- Explain leasing terms, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately.
- Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain current knowledge of community features, pricing, and availability.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
- Participate in community events and marketing efforts to attract new residents.
